Amazing hotel with free wi-fi, a tv, and an electric kettle. On my first stay, the staff helped me find places with a good exchange rate. I’m coming back for Christmas!

The brekkie’s simple but lekker, and I loved the friendly staff who always made a plan for us. Had a nice twin room with TV, so chill after busy days. Plus, good Wi-Fi kept me connected!

Location is a bit far from the sights, like a whole hour in the metro, which can be a schlep.

The flat-screen TV was the only decent thing during my stay. The room was dirty, and I found bugs everywhere! Plus, a broken shower and no towels made it a rough time. 😩

The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable!!! A broken shower, missing mirrors, and inadequate towels made for an unpleasant experience!!! Security was also a concern due to a door that didn’t lock properly!!!

Bed sheets had holes, and the room was not well-maintained. Woke up each morning to the unsettling noise of rodents scurrying in the walls, which made it impossible to feel at ease. The shared bathroom was inconvenient, and security felt compromised with a door that wouldn't lock properly. Snacks were the only highlight, but the lack of cleanliness and unsafe atmosphere overshadowed any positive aspect.
